Our focus

• At Gerringong Anglican, we believe the bible to be the inspired word of God. In particular, the claims the bible makes about Jesus being the Son of God and to trust in Him as being the only way to salvation, are the focus of our weekly services. Our conviction is based on the historical claims made in the eyewitness documents of the New Testament, especially the claim that Jesus rose from the dead.

• Because of our belief in the inerrancy of the bible, our focus is on relevant and applied bible teaching. In this way, we not only communicate the truth of the gospel to people who are not yet believers, but we equip individuals to grow as God's person and our congregations to grow together as God's people.

• Gerringong Anglican is a part of the wider community of Gerringong and Gerroa. Located in the centre of town, we are a conspicuous presence and are seeking to make further and deeper links into our community. We are actively involved in scripture ministry at Gerringong Public School and provide weekly activities for children and youth within our community on a Friday evening.

• Gerringong Anglican is also a part of the global community. We provide financial and relational support for people and organisations involved in evanagelism, relief and development work in Australia and overseas. We have a significant partnership with CMS in supporting mission and with Tabitha Cambodia in providing housing and other aid programs.
