Introducing HEather Mcalpine
Heather is a Relationship Therapist, Educator, Supervisor and published co-author of the international bestselling book, ‘Elevate your Wellbeing’. She is passionate about empowering others to discover and unleash their full potential and to create great relationships. She is the recipient of a Winston Churchill Fellowship (rewarding Australians Striving for Excellence), which took her to the US and UK to study new advances in Relationship Education.
Heather has had a particular interest in wellbeing since she was diagnosed with breast cancer over 10 years ago. She has also battled chronic fatigue for the past 3 years. Through the complexities of Covid, she ran 79 Facebook podcasts titled ‘Elevate your Wellbeing Contagious Care’ to support the community in their mental, emotional, and relational wellbeing.
Heather and her husband John have 3 adult children and delight in their 3 grandchildren. Prior to her chronic fatigue, Heather enjoyed long distance cycling sustained by dark chocolate! Now, she enjoys shorter cycles but still dark chocolate!!
